Below is a detailed explanation of the refund and return policy of vipkratom.com. Please read it carefully before purchasing our products. 

Return policy

This website offers users a 30-day refund guarantee policy. Please note that this policy applies to both opened and unopened products. We do not require the customer to supply a reason for requesting a refund; however, we do require that all products are returned to us before we can issue a refund. The 30-day refund period begins on the day that the tracking number shows the product as delivered and not from the date the order was placed on the website.

Please be aware that any products being returned that have been opened must have at least 85% of the original contents in order to qualify for a refund. 

We do not restock or resell products that have been opened. These products are disposed of. 

In order to successfully request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer support by phone or email. Contact details can be found on the contact us page. 
  2. Customer support will send you a return postage label via email, so you are not required to pay for return postage. 
  3. Go to your local post office and bring either a printed copy of the postage label or a picture or attachment of the label on your smartphone. 
  4. Please ensure the product is packaged in a secure manner before shipping. Use a new box if necessary. 
  5. Upon receipt of the return package, we will refund the money by either reversing the charge on the credit card used to purchase the order or by mailing a check to the shipping address on the account. 

Please note: It may take up to five business days for a credit/debit card or e-check reversal to appear on your statement. 

Exchange policy

Unopened items may be exchanged for up to 90 days after purchase. In order to successfully exchange an unopened item, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact customer support by phone or email. Contact details can be found on the contact us page. 
  2. Customer support will send you a return postage label via email, so you are not required to pay for return postage. 
  3. Go to your local post office and bring either a printed copy of the postage label or a picture or attachment of the label on your smartphone. 
  4. Contact customer support to inform them once the package has been shipped. They will check the tracking on the return label. 
  5. Once customer support has confirmed the tracking, they will print a new shipping label for the item being exchanged or process the refund, according to the customer’s preference.
